I had telephone interview first, then interview last week lasting 1 1/2 hours, and then the phone call yesterday .....

sounds about right, then they say yes they will consider you for the job and you have 2 more interviews, then they tell you they want you to accept the job and then they will tell you what the package is :eek:

pretty usual for here you have to negotiate hard dont stop looking for jobs because they can and do tell you they dont want you at the end of all those interviews. It hasn't happened to us but a mate was spitting recently about it as they carried on for 6 months!
