British Expats - Last say

My eldest is 12!!! So she is happy now... She will be 13 on May 8th..... You'll have to come to her party - she made me order her a silver Tiffany bracelet for her birthday, we bought it yesterday from the States it was half the price of buying it from Aus.... Can you believe she is wanting Tiffany already - god help her future husband:lol:

The drivers here are nuts!!!! Am sure your daughter will be a better driver on her first lesson:D........ Anyhow once she passes her test she can chauffer you around - bit of role reversal.....

She's already been having lessons on the shopping center car park..
Plus shes been riding around on Quad bikes for a number of years..i know its not the same.. but its help's he get the gist of things..

Wouldn't have thought that would be a problem - lots of people rent with animals...

I will contact some Estate Agents in Mornington for you and get them to post me the listings so you can look at them once you are here. I can scan and email them to you and you can make appointments to go view once you land and have caught up on your sleep.

I learnt to drive in Aus on my Uncle's property - I was 12!!!!! passed my UK test with only 10 lessons as I could already drive..

I can't wait til Lyd can drive herself - I can retire Mum's Taxis then.... I'll provide the car and the fuel as long as she ferries her bro and sis around... Fair deal - I think so....

I am considering getting a motorbike to get to work as the traffic seems to be getting worse in the mornings:blink:
