Not that I am advocating illegal drug use but it's probably no more risky than a lot of the legal options.

P.S. I should add that I have never used it.
Why not take some CLA with your meals? It works to get rid of abdominal fat, is proven to do so and isn't illegal and generally, doesn't have disgusting side effects.

Thanks for the tip

I don't need to lose weight though, I'd just like to tone up a bit. I walk, but thinking about joining a gym so I can do a few classes ... particularly now summer is coming!

I just meant generally to other people on the thread... not you personally.

I know you don't live near me but can you recommend a gym? Most of them seem to be chains, just wondering which ones were good ones to try as we have Fitness First, Zest and a couple of others near us. (I'm not going near Fitness First tho!).

I am the only one thinking why put yourself through all this surgery. I am not saying that losing weight is easy and certainly not if you have emotional issues around food but surely it would be better to deal with those issues before embarking on this type of surgery, particularly for the lady who only had 28 kg to lose.

I'm a member of Goodlife......they are all over Brissie now.....and I think they have bought Zest as well so once you join you can use any Goodlife or Zest, apart from Goodlife Wintergarden which they charge extra for.

Don't see many locations out your way mind you:

Bardon maybe???

I find them pretty good, a bit less polished than fitness first maybe but a lot cheaper too.

I understand what you are saying and part of the process is discussing food attitudes with the doctor and a dietician.
