British Expats - Karma exchange

Dutch toilets have a sort of raised platform in the middle so that you can admire your handiwork.

If you're really posh, you place a sheet of toilet paper on that exposed ledge before creating your piece of modern art.... that way there are no skid marks when you dispose of it.

actually I think it should be like those new paper towels (kitchen roll to the Brits), you tear off only as much as you need. :D
