Ooh Amanda, you've done well on the Karma whoring today! You're now a Glorious Beacon of Light :D You have been busy!

I, on the other hand, have been busy with 18 four year olds at my sons birthday party! My god I'm exhausted!

Ahh thanks Hilary, that's pepped me up a bit ;) I'm firing blanks, I'm knackered and out of karma!

I tell you what I can't beleive how stressful these parties can be! It's the first year I haven't had a party at home - last year he had 6 people, this year because he goes to Nursery school there were 18. So I had it at a Wacky Warehouse - never again! :scared:

When I turned up they decided to tell me that the 'NEW RULE' today was that all children under 5 are not allowed in the main play area, they must all go in the small play area - I'm talking one very small slide and an area the size of a very small shed with balls in!

I was fuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiiiiioooooooooo oooouuuuuuuuuuussssssss! Tried very hard to remain polite and explained that I had 18 four year olds that would be very unhappy squeezing into that space - they wouldn't have it though, even though I'd booked the party weeks ago. I didn't let go though, I was shaking I was so mad - just told them I wasn't putting up with it, I'd never have paid £110 for a party in a shed lol

Anyway, it's all over and they enjoyed themselves. And I'm glad I got that off my chest lol

I'llstop ranting now

I asked for the manager - they went and got some poor bloke who clearly wasn't the manager - he just stood there gulping nervously and repeated "that's the rules, there's nothing we can do" to which I said they had mislead me and cannot change the rules for a party without informing me and giving me a the right to cancel. He said he was going to go and see what he could do but didn't think he could do anything - by this time most of the children had arrived anyway and had gone piling into the big section - I never saw the bloke again!

Hilary you are right, I need a very strong drink lol

That's why I'm keeping track of my karma. So I'll know when it's time to reload.
