Hmmmm....I read last week Jack will be in charge of the money until the boys are adults. From that link she doesn't actually say the money is in trust until the boys are adults.
Jack won't be getting any money out of me or from the wedding. "He wants everything to go to the boys".
That all sounds a little iffy to me.

From what I've read (and obviously no media makes mistakes
) because he's still got his ankle tag on, he actually has to be home at his Mums by 10 every night. Just out of interest, how many tanning salons are open late at night and surely he'd have done that bit before the wedding? They don't half talk twaddle most of the time

I guess there are some things we will probably never know. She wants us to know about the cancer so we do. She wanted to raise more money for the boys so sold the story but do we need to know who's going to safeguard the money for the boys or how any of the legalities of the boys upbringing have been worked out? I don't think so. It's not like the public have been raising money for her, therefore we have no right to know what happens to it or the boys. Not seen a lot but Jeff is the boys father and sees them regularly now so if I were going to guess, I'd say he will bring them up. Could be wrong but then it's none of our business. Once she dies, I hope the publicity dies with her. I should think she's had all the legal advice and that everything is completely tied up and unshakeable.
Nothing like the Anna Nicole situation. We know who the boys father is and she knows she's dying so has it all sorted.

No matter what...she's raised the awareness of cervical cancer to British women...so if that saves one life IMO it is worth it.

In a way she's made it our business hasn't she by making it so public? She has raised money from the public indirectly...she's sold her story and some of us have bought the magazines, newspapers etc.

Presumably the magazine paid her without actually knowing how sales would go? Can't imagine she's getting a cut of any sales money. I imagine she's also directly and indirectly raised a massive amount for the various cancer charities though. I'm sure thousands of people have given when they possibly hadn't considered it before

Come on....it's a business...they wouldn't have paid her if they didn't think it was a money spinning venture. She's a cash cow for the media at the moment. If you or I were in her position do you think Hello etc would pay us for our story?

I imagine he'll disappear into oblivion after a year or so.

No I know it's a business but it was a chance (a good one mind) that Hello or OK took by buying her story. I can't imagine they said 'we'll give you the x million if sales go beyond x million. Anyway it's all irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. As for the new husband, if he makes her last few weeks happy then I guess he's ok

This does get stranger. Having had several close family members die of cancer, all of them had said, NO MORE SURGERY no matter how much pain they were in. In fact many of them wished they never had surgery in the first place and felt bullied into it by doctors. When their conditions deteriorated so badly, they were made "more comfortable" by seriously upping their medication for the last few weeks.
Jade understandably wants to be with her children for as long as possible, I hope the kids have happy memories of their mum, not sad painful ones. I hope she finds the comfort she needs.

alot of surgery is done pallitively, often high doses of pain releif are sedating and she probly wants to be lucid , as i would want to be. The op will in no waybe an attempt to cure her, its to help relieve some of the syptoms. Seen this done many times. Often people think its pointless but its actually to give people some quality of life in the short term and to ease pressure/pain. For examply they may need a drainage tube inserting to help drain off excess fluid which could either increase pain or casue vomiting etc.

Apparently the surgery was to remove a blockage in her bowel. The surgery was an attempt to relieve the pain...something the pain meds were not doing.

UK media is now saying the cancer has spread to her brain.
What a terrifying situation to be in with 2 small boys.
Think thats all I have to say on the matter
