I'm going to kill it!

Re: I'm going to kill it!
Or slit my wrists this summer - the bl**dy koel has decided to join us again. It arrived in full song at 3am this morning - damned bird! Anyone got any good ideas for getting rid of them? It really likes our neighbourhood and I can expect it to be singing until March now that it has arrived. Added to that the kids across the road love imitating it so we have the bird at night and the kids during the day!
I had hoped its GPS would have sent it elsewhere!

Re: I'm going to kill it!
I will wake up if a pin drops on the carpet in the night or if one of the girls is ill but I have never been woken up by the flocks of Kookies, Lorikeets, Koels etc that the Husband treats to breakfast outside my bedroom door every morning at about 4am. I never hear them, brain blocks the noise out.

NO worries, will issue a map to all migrating Koels forthwith and send them a bit north!
I can block out earthquakes and storms and even the occasional possum bang and patter across the tin roof but Koels and cockies get me every time.
