Pretty much all my joints make a clicking/cracking noise :scared:
Should be this cause for concern ??

It's called crepitus and it's simply air in the sockets of your joints. I can make my knees crack at will. The downside is you can never sneak up on anyone because your joints will make enough noise to alert them!

It does sound a bit freaky .
I can play a tune on my knees

Perhaps you need lubricating
