i'm falling to bits...
 
Pretty much all my joints make a clicking/cracking noise :scared:
Should be this cause for concern ??

It's called crepitus and it's simply air in the sockets of your joints. I can make my knees crack at will. The downside is you can never sneak up on anyone because your joints will make enough noise to alert them!

You are using the wrong Rizzlas and rolling them too tight. ;) Either that or you have had too many of them. :D
