Thanks Sunshine. Best thing I did too. 22kg off for me now. I feel so much better for it, although I have a cold at the moment so am pretty fed up with myself

Thanks, that is very much appreciated. Funnily enough I met someone the other day who thought I was in my 50's from my old avatar. It is a great boost to the self confidence I can tell you.

She always struck me as being the sort of women who'd had a hard life and had exercised and glammed her way to beauty.

There are plenty of women who are less 'fit' and look naturally easier on the eye.

The bloke in looks reminds me of a London model who backpacked in Sydney in 2002. He was a very 'tough' bloke but with a baby face. His only problem was that he couldn't walk properly as there were hundreds of women hanging off him.
