I just came home from a night shift took out the dog cleaned the kitchen and silly me expected it to look the same when I got up from my few hours of crap sleep. But when I stubbed my toe on a bike wheel on my way into the kitchen and found screw drivers in the sink and bike parts on the work top I thought I had been dreaming I was in a garage. AArgh still havent found the coffee and think the kettle has been turned into some sort of turbo engine for his bike. Men they're only good for one thing....

Now I totally agree with you here he has absolutly no respect for you what so ever leaving your kitchen in that state and in fact being there at all is more to the point !!

Its your place and your place only the kitchen !

Re: Husbands

I sympathise with you!

I leave a reasonably tidy house when I go out to work. When I get home in the early hours of the morning I quite often can't put a foot down on the living room floor because he's let the kids get everything they own out. But what really gets me is after a 10 hour shift in a kitchen/catering environment I come home to a kitchen that looks like a bombs hit it & end up tidying up & loading the dishwasher at 2am in the morning.

I suppose I shouldnt be sexist though. It works both ways I know couples where the men do all the work and the women do nothing.

well, if you had of stayed in the kitchen (which is where a woman should be) and have cooked some breakfast for him, he would have gladly worked on his bike somewhere else, knowing that his wife would have been cooking up a nice meal for all his hard work and effort!! all your own fault I say.
