Photo's and videos are very important to me but apart from that I don't keep a great deal.
I've moved around so much I've got used to de-junking

I have been slowly tidying and junking stuff, I have found my kids first baby clothes , their primary school work and pictures and wonky decorations they made.
to throw or not to throw?
or do I donate them to grannie to keep for me in her overflowing attic?
what did you do with this kind of thing?

Seriously, I have a special box for my three in which I keep all my precious stuff - first shoes, christening outfit, birthday cards, umbilical cord - you know the such. If the house was on fire, I'd be in the garage, rooting around for my photos and the kids' boxes.

They dry out and they didn't attract the attention of the sniffer dogs at the docks
