BE has seen me through Single/Maybe/Going/Father/Landed/Married/Everything Else, If it was to disappear it would put a big hole in my cyberlife ... Yeh, it is a big world out there but so what without a shared history and connections?

I confess I genuinely enjoy the debates and have made quite a few friends on BE. It's nice to have some of the Oracles of immigration advice, accounting etc at my finger tips. Shocked at myself for also enjoying the rare slanging match - clearly i'd have been knitting by the guillotines during the French revolution. I would probably have done a degree in astrophysics or translated War and Peace into Urdu if I didn't waste so much time on here but hey ho ...

I've been away for a good while now.

It was tough at first, I used methadone, then patches. Now I feel I can pop my head in without the need to post.

It's a slow process but the weekly meetings & counselling help.

3, I mean The Squire ... *coughs* ...
