However, that one, being walking distance to the station, may be popular for some as, Blacktown is only 40 minutes to Central Sydney by train.

It looks like a knockdown and rebuild at some stage...

This one, in the same street, went for $352k



Personally I'd rather spend $269,000 and get this one in Blacktown.
But only if I HAD to live there...

Nearby Mount Druitt, has a reputation for those older fibro houses, but they keep knocking them down and building these in their place...
