I look good. I jump out of bed every morning ready to face the world. I can't lie in ... as soon as I wake ... I'm out of bed and often go out for a run or to the gym.

Lately I've been looking and feeling awful in the morning. Averaging 4.5 hours while in Melbourne, and lately not sleeping well at night and averaging even less. What makes it worse, it's making me more stressed. Finding it hard to concentrate during the day....

More and more like my Mum

The older I get the longer it takes for the 'pillow creases' to leave my face.....some even seem to be permanent these days lol! I think my hair always looks damned (bed head) smexy too....but that's before the contacts go in

I usually need a shower to kick start my awakeness, then I hop into some fresh clothes and I'm good to go......my Tomboy days still stands me in good stead.......no make-up, maybe a lick of eyeliner
