my daughter was born with no hip sockets and its just a waiting game now, she's OK but who knows what puberty will bring so hopefully should she ever need any medical science will have advanced.

It's bizarre how doctors advise so differently - I know a guy in the UK who was about 30 when he had both hips done, and out here a friend in her 40s who's just had both done. She said it's been great (well now that she's recovered!)
