I'm trying to cut down on the pre Christmas binging. Not sure when I will just give in though.

We haven't booked our meds but I expect it will be Feb/March. But I have quite bit to shift and don't want to put on any more at Christmas.
One year we all got a stomach bug and I lost 5 pounds over Christmas - that's a good tip!!
Good luck with the meds.

I'm back on the wagon today too. Christmas booze and crap food all gone. Fridge full of healthy food. I'm not weighing myself though, just going by how tight my trousers are.
If I can drop a size in a month I'll be very pleased.

Just been reading a thread stating that most women move to oz and pile on the lbs dispite not changing diet and drinking water!!!!!!
We have to lose some here or we will be stuffed!!!!
I was moving to have a reason to lose weight as more flesh will be on show but this doesnt sound good eh!
Well done to those already on the wagon, i'm having one last weekend of eating having a ruby tonight with a bottle of wine and sunday dinner tomorrow. Been a bit homely recently and cooking from scratch and baking goodies with the kids They are loving it but we have to eat all the cakes and bickies on the same day!!!! aaarrrggghhh! Whats wrong with me, i'm not even hungry!
On a better note all the xmas crap has now gone so start again Monday.
