Hi can anyone help. We are having our house built and the builders have cleared the area where the house is to go and put down the slab, however the land was so uneven they levelled off where the slab is but left the rear garden approx 10 metres long and we did not realise just how slopped the back garden would look. So we now need the garden levelled off and dirt taken away while there is still good access.
My question is should we use our house builder or does any one know a good reliable builder with a boob cat that could quote for us. The property is in Mindarie Perth. Thank you very much

Boob catask your builder for a price or just get some quotes from bob cats drivers from the yellow pages or local rag. If its clean fill it can be dumped in Landsdale for free so just paying for the drivers time.

You'll have to check with your builder whether you can have other trades besides theirs come in to do the work. From what I understand you can't just let someone else come on the building site with equipment.

Yes we have a retaining wall at one side of the property so yes we will have to have this continued to the back fence. Think it is more likely reading the advice we have to use the house builder. The comments have been confirmed our thoughts. Any more are very welcome. Thank you
