'Healthy Inspirations'
Well I have recently signed my life away for 12 months 
and so far it seems to offer just what I need.
Just wondering if anyone else here is/was a member and had any experiences to share?

Never heard of them actually but I've just checked out their website and it looks pretty good. I definitely need to do something about my weight! Let us know how you get on

I have just joined karate and I am rather aghast at the blob in front of me in the mirror...

I'm now five weeks in and have lost 5kg...without too much effort and without feeling hungry or hard done by. Big thumbs up to Healthy Inspirations so far

My wife is on a post baby diet and has lost a few kilos. But she looks great anyhow - the margin is kind to her. The truth is that she needs time to exercise, not diet. But she is getting there!

Book yourself on a Nile cruise, pig out at the salad bar, swallow the water in the shower and get the job done in 2 weeks

9 kilos and 16 cm in 9 weeks .........just another 10kg to go
