'Healthy Inspirations'

Well I have recently signed my life away for 12 months  and so far it seems to offer just what I need.

Just wondering if anyone else here is/was a member and had any experiences to share?

Never heard of them actually but I've just checked out their website and it looks pretty good. I definitely need to do something about my weight! Let us know how you get on :)

I haven't used them but good luck with it though!!!

I have just joined karate and I am rather aghast at the blob in front of me in the mirror...

Mineral water and salads from now on ! (as if!)

I'm now five weeks in and have lost 5kg...without too much effort and without feeling hungry or hard done by. Big thumbs up to Healthy Inspirations so far

Well done mate.

My wife is on a post baby diet and has lost a few kilos. But she looks great anyhow - the margin is kind to her. The truth is that she needs time to exercise, not diet. But she is getting there!

Book yourself on a Nile cruise, pig out at the salad bar, swallow the water in the shower and get the job done in 2 weeks

I promise the post after this will be full of dark humour and offensive to at least 60% of the membership.

Hold on, I've done that one already today ... :o

Only 60%? Why did you feel so generous to the other 40%?
