We had friends fly out from UK with them last year. They booked it purely on price but they said they were excellent. They also said that the few quid they paid extra for the two day stop over in Seoul on the way back was worth every penny as well.

So do Qantas, but the 747 is far better service-wise and as for getting off the thing...HOW long is that queue!! I am praying that my second A380 experience (11 hours time) will be slightly more impressive than my first!

I would certainly hope the 747 service is good cos I've been on 3 flights on the A380 in the last fortnight, will be going on another one tomorrow morning, and I think the service is pants. I'll be making a strong case for going back to SQ next time.

I did few years back. They understood the word beer easily. So it was cool.
