Goths

Are goths the same as emo's? Are these the people that go on killing sprees in American schools? If they are then i don't like them much.

Harmless people living their lives and not hurting anyone. Everyone has always (more so since the late 50s) believed themselves to be individual but never are. Punks were the worse. They firumly believed they were their own person and immediately dressed exactly the same as their mates.
Kids are kids and until they damage themselves or others, I don't see that anyone has a right to dictate to them.
Off soap box now. I seem to be very serious tonight. Bit scary

What's it gonna be like in 10 years time wen my kids are teenagers? - I think i'll just give up now and start watching Richard and Judy and take up Lace making - Resistance is futile - I just dont get it

When you qualify you work out what you are going to tell people when they ask what you do. Some mumble it really quickly and hope it doesn't get noticed, some choose to lie, and claim to be an undertaker instead.
There was talk for a while about setting up Accountants Anonymous where beancounters could openly admit to others what they do for a living with no embarrassment, but we were too ashamed to say it even to each other....
