I would have thought not. As the jokes go, Rocky (Bogan-up) is old and rough. Secret Harbour is legoland by the sea. We have the same up here where Wanneroo council covers an area from Alkimos to Balga - probably 40km x 10km, while Wanneroo suburb is one of 50 burbs within it. 2 pished to type but you get the idea!

Some areas of Wanneroo council I wouldn't live if the house was free but we currently live in a fairly ok area and are very happy here. Rockingham is the same sort of story. Good and bad bits.

Sam lives in Lesmurdie, which is in Kalamunda shire. Her place is great. Very quiet, lots of trees and birds. I would love to live up there in the hills, but the old man insists on being close to the water.

Been on aussiemove.com and Armadale gets a bad reputation but no reason why.
Give me your views on where you live and why you like it or loathe it.
Thanks in advance

Hi Mickbro - we live in Como/South Perth area. Nice schools, nice rentals (bit hard to find but can if you're patient). Close to city and freeway, so doesn't really take too long to get most places. There's a nice friendly community feel here - coffee after school dropoff at a local cafes, kids riding their bikes and scooters to school. Loads of parks, river, nice restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes to Bibra Lake from here (probably longer in peak hour).
