I haven't heard anything about this. I was under the impression that Germany was in the process of phasing out their nuclear power capabilities. It was a big issue in the last election there, and I think the guy who lost out to Merkell was planning to reverse the phase out.
Of course the policy may have changed, or at least been extended, but I still think that Merkell is determined to close all of Germany's nuclear capability.

Firstly Proff Jones mumbles a few comments in the media that indicate that it was all a housekeeping mistake (“I am very untidyâ€, ‘I didn’t know anyone would want to see the evidence†etc).
Secondly stack the inquiry with AGW fanatics.
What a total sham. Surely even the AGW supporters on this site don’t agree with this?

The solution to climategate seems to be two fold;

Secondly stack the inquiry with AGW fanatics.

It certainly doesn't feel right to me. I think that maybe a multi disciplinary panel should have been formed - Scientists from a range of different disciplines, and their remit to look only at the methods used by the CRU, not the science behind them. it does seem that the enquiry will be less than impartial...

On the other hand if Jones et al get a green light the AGW lobby will say its final conclusive proof of their methods, results etc etc etc.
I go back to one of my earlier points. The IPCC failed dismally because it failed to provide clear definitions and guidelines for measures and metrics, and calculations and procedures, that would be acceptable for proving AGW.

Love it.Is that why you refuse to answer certain questions that take issue with your opinion?
