How about those who had to lodge $100k? Or need rellies to sponsor them?

Or have health issues.

No anchovies or capers on mine thanks. And I wouldn't mind trying the new one that the Bimbo Jessica Simpson is advertising - cheesy blobs or something.

Actually becoming a migration agent is really easy, I mean all you need is a law degree.

I have one in my back pocket.........;)

Hi

For all those people back in England I thought I would help with your visa worries (and unlike migration agents my appraisal is free and easy!!!)

Steve

Hi

We have just sent off our 2nd TRA using an agent, have looked through the visa (136 skilled) looks pretty simple but then so did the TRA, I know using the agent doesn't guarantee a visa but if it was denied least we would have someone to blame

They won't take you on if you're likely to be refused. Unless it's medical or criminal, you are more or less guaranteed ;)

Yes, you should declare it.

They are more bothered by custodial sentences, but declare it and get him to write them a letter saying how he's a reformed character, you should be OK. Best person to speak to is Pollyana, she knows all about this type of thing, cos it used to be her job :)
