Actually becoming a migration agent is really easy, I mean all you need is a law degree.

Steve We have just sent off our 2nd TRA using an agent, have looked through the visa (136 skilled) looks pretty simple but then so did the TRA, I know using the agent doesn't guarantee a visa but if it was denied least we would have someone to blame :unsure: Elaine |

Yes, you should declare it. They are more bothered by custodial sentences, but declare it and get him to write them a letter saying how he's a reformed character, you should be OK. Best person to speak to is Pollyana, she knows all about this type of thing, cos it used to be her job :) |
