There are few reasons to buy at a bricks and mortar store - but better customer service is one. Why would you screw that up by trying on some blatantly illegal acts to screw money out of customers?

Hell, there are few reasons for buying apple, but great customer service is one of the reasons why people pay the 40-70% premium - yet Gerry Harvey seems to allow this type of thing to go on - widespread.
