Framac and Anjibabe are calling it a day and going home. Anj has never really taken to the place and misses family and friends desperately whereas I love it most of the time but lately something just isn't quite right. We will not be leaving tomorrow as we will wait for our PR and we still have a house to sell. I can see the recession biting here and having already discovered to my cost, there is no safety net for us. Feel free to comment but after dying and being flooded within the space of two years, I think we've done well to stay as long as we have. C'est la vie.

am just back from scotland and getting back on that plane to return to oz was one of the hardest things ave ever done in my life.I had never been overly close to any of my or hubbys family, but i totally underestimated how much they meant to me and us to them, am sure you will be doing the right thing returning to your family.
I know what you mean about safety net, i think its one of the reasons i will never feel settled here, i know in scotland theres somebody to help if summit out the ordinary happens (which with you thats very likely, lol)
