Whilst I think that moderation of forums is necessary, there is a fine line between moderator and virtual-henchman.
I'm not convinced that some mods on here really know where that line is drawn and with the apparent change in direction/culture of the forum due to new ownership it becomes more obvious that the desire for control, power and preservation of such is greater than the desire to moderate.
Sure it's a voluntary position but I get the impression that some lead very frustrated lives at home or in careers.

Yeah we've seen a little area we quite like and who knows one day we might even be in a position to buy again so it makes sense to live there first. We've seen a nice rental and doing the inspection on Tues, go from there I spose.

Only just! It's a southern suburb of Beenleigh
... but seems very nice from what we've seen. Nic will be working at Loganholme so ideal for her. Me it puts an extra 15 - 20 on my journey to work, but can live with that if the house is better.Goody good ...
