Just following on from the guitar thread, thought this might be fun. List just one each. Fave intro, solo, outro. Doesn't have to be guitar, could be anything, but stick to each section specifically rather than jus listing your overall fave song. For me the intro and outro are fairly easy choices, but the solo, man there are so many choices, but here goes.
Intro: Gimme Shelter by Rolling Stones. I love the way this builds and the subtle use of loop delay (back then). It's a relatively simple two guitar recording but very effective. This for me just edges 'What Difference Does it Make?' by The Smiths.
Solo: Alive by Pearl Jam, always been a big Mike McReady fan, but I could have listed a gazillion here for different reasons, but I do like the way it builds and the harmonics.
Outro: Let's Go Crazy by Prince, for no other reason than it seems so totally unexpected. Brilliantly chaotic

Intro - Back In Black
Solo - Comfortably Numb
Outro - Freebird ... Or full version of Layla maybe ...
That dates me a bit, let's try something slightly newer ...
Intro - One Word, Baby Animals (I said slightly)
Solo - Unbelievable, EMF (again, slightly)
Outro - Anything that signals a wannabe yank C&FknW tune ending
