Could anyone please tell me how much more expensive these cigarettes are than the UK? And do I have any chance of getting any menthol cigarettes preferably Richmond or berkeley?

You can get menthol ciggies but I don't know the brands. Can't compare prices to UK as I haven't bought them there for 6 years. Here you can get a pack of 20 Superkings for between $9-10.50 depending on where you go. Most brands are a similar price. Supermarkets have specials every now and then and there are also cut-price places like Supercigs which you can find here and there.
