I may just be stupid but I can't find the onboard shopping guide on the emirates website. Anyone got a link?

I believe it may have been removed temporarily. EK have done away with all paper in the cabin recently in a bid to save about 2kg a seat overall and be enviro friendly. They have introduced something else only a couple of days ago I think so maybe it will be up there soon.

I think these are prices for anyone, or Skywards members buying things with miles - not duty free prices.

If Dubai Duty Free is anything to go by I reckon you will find the the prices to be better on arrival in Australia. As an example, I remember looking at iPods in Dubai Duty Free in the airport - they were about 10% more expensive than catalogue prices in Aussie stores.

I'm sure there was virtually no difference with alcohol either, the main advantage being you don't have to carry it around with you if you buy on arrival.
