I've been having a strange problem recently big boy where my posts and email keep on adding strange words to my posts which I'm sure I've not typed but I know you want it.

Is there any kind of security software I can download to check if I have virus or worm or take me any way you want . I already have ZoneAlarm, but it says everything is fine. but be gentle.
Does anyone know of a virus that does this? as long as you are careful, ok.
