Took nearly three days (well over an hour ) to get to the front of the queue though. Every other time I've come through Brisbane customs they x-ray most bags and only inspect a few. This time all the x-ray machines were off and they were going through nearly every bag. Every suspicious item they then carried slowly down to one machine at the far end and x-rayed it, it was like watching a work to rule cos I swear they couldn't have worked slower if they'd tried.

Celtic Koala, the shop at the bottom of the hill here has a stunning array of stuff now, loads of UK chocolate, including Yorkies, chcolate orange bars, double deckers.......real unsmoked bacon, Irish sausages, proper pork pies, cockles  and this week I even saw haggis in there - not my sort of thing but I know some Scots would kill for it
