Default dead guy under train

I saw a deceased person under a train on tuesday at leederville station, not a nice thing to see, but there has been nothing on the news about it

Found this - not much, but there doesn't seem to be anything else

So it must have been suicide then. Why? I feel sorry for the poor train driver having to deal with that.

I was thinking about this also given the commotion.
When I heard that there had been an 'incident' I suspected a suicide.

Without wishing to be ghoulish - and without upsetting people - was it a case of man-throws-himself-under train-from-platform? Bridge? Argument beforehand?

Suicides on train tracks are not talked about in the media as there are many people that will copy.

If you drice up the Mitchell freeway and look at the over pass at Warwick train station you will find the walk way caged in with wire mesh. Years ago a young girl jumped from there and killed herself, then her friends tried to do the same again and again. They had guards there but in the end had to cage it in.

we've had a few throw themselves under the local train and nothing in the local news. OH asked the train guard - he said they don't like to mention in case others do same..
