Default Crossfit

Started this a couple of weeks ago and loving it. I do regular power lifting, running amd cycling but this is different. Feeling the difference already in tone. If anyone is interested http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/what-crossfit.html

A lot of the low-carb/Paleo guys that I'm in touch with swear by it too.

I'm gonna stick to my long walks, the occasional set of push-ups and sprints.

Good for you for getting into it though

that sounds good,I need to loose a couple of kilos. And I'd like to see the elderly individuals with heart disease cage fighting.
