When someone waves a bottle in your face would you turn your back on him til he was out of commission? I'd say he was right to be seeing red. Better than Warner's reason for going Hulk smash, which was a joke that he didn't understand ;)

I think Stokes has a bit of a reputation for alcoholic excess and temper tantrums.

You could ask why he was out at 2am (or whenever) anyway this close to a major series. Wise man say nothing good happens at 2am.

The testimony of the guys he was supposedly protecting stank of being scripted too.

We've all had a drunken dust up though, still if he doesn't play we can always use it as an excuse for losing if that happens. The things we've learnt from the Aussies.
