Click on Manage Attachments and an 'Explorer' window will pop-up giving you the option to 'browse' your computer for the location of the file you want to upload. There is a 10MB upload limit. Navigate to the file you wish to upload and click Open. You will see under 'Current Attachments' which file you have just uploaded. Now close that pop-up window. You will now see under the heading 'Attach Files' that you have now uploaded the required file. Preview your post (if you like) and then 'Submit Reply'.
