Glad to hear Di is doing so well.Came home today after surgery yesterday.Feeling a tad delicate.Thank you for your kind words and thoughtfulness.Still cant believe you did what you did.x

Lovely to see you posting, Irish. I hope you're not in pain and they sent you home with good drugs (sounds funny but you know what I mean!). Rest and recover now xx

Getting your head around it sure isn't a walk in the park, but you will do it mate. Did you get your drain out today? I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would have been And yes, you're grand, in every sense of the word

Thanks guys.Doing fine.I am lucky i got seen to this side of Christmas.The drain is still in.I will be like a dried up prune at this stage.I am getting lots of sleep and fussing over which is great.My 16 year old son has carried my handbag all week every time we go out.

The things we have to do to get our teenagers to do things like that!

Thanks Paul.I'm doing well.I have alot to be thankful for.The doctors have seen me quickly and had lots of support from family and encouragement from people on here.I know I have a tough road ahead but I will give it a good shot.That's all I can do for now.And go off on my holidays.
