Glad to report that the sealant around the bath job worked very well this time . And with a very professional looking finish too - if I say so myself. Apart from freezing?? 
Been outside all day as it happens. Finally just warm enough and not raining a lot so have got the new back verandah 99% finished. Just some paint where the hammer slipped and she'll be right. Just need to sling some shade cloth up in parts before the SUN COMES OUT!!!
