Cheapest broadband / home phone package in UK
Hi guys, this ones for people still in the UK.
My daughter has just moved into her first house and is wanting to get set up with broadband and a home phone.
does anyone know of any good pacvkages like the talk talk one that gives internet and home phone at a reasonable price.
I have my phone calls through voip, is there a good way to do that in the uk that is fairly easy to set up ?

We are with Virgin, phone, internet,TV around 25 quid per mth

I,m with SKY Jazzy, PIA to get set up with them but that may have just been me, but once all sorted just one bill from the for line rental/TV/internet and cheap too

Can get the lot really cheap just build your own packedge, dont for get thopugh they will try sell you the 20 Mb packadge but the line will probs only take 5max !

My daughter mentioned talk talk at 6.99 a month.
Not looked into it yet though. anybody got it or know if its any good?

24Mb ADSL2+ is not common in the UK (well until recently anyway) where 8Mb is the norm.

Talk talk were on Watchdog not long before we left. They offer to much at ver cheap prices - people take their packages on but they then don't have the staff, equipment or facilities to deal with it all.
I think the last problem was with free laptops but I might be wrong.
