Brunch in Redcliffe (QLD)
OK all you Bayside Brits we are meeting a friend from Melbourne in Redcliffe for brunch (she is attending a wedding in the afternoon) can anyone suggest some decent places to go?

For lunch I'd go to the belvedere hotel or golden ox.
For "brunch" I've got no idea. Morgans seafood opens early. You can purchase fresh fish from the counter, then take it over to the grill (chip shop part) and they will prepare it how you want it. Chilled prawns there are very nice too.
Not sure I'd be having that for brunch though..... but then again, I don't believe in "brunch". I only believe in breakfast lunch & dinner, there are no meals in between.

The Belvedere may be a bit noisy at the moment with all the work going on at the jetty and nearby apartments.
The Rustic Olive is a nice place to eat, the portions they serve are huge. I can only just finish an entree size portion. There's also a Hog's Breath Cafe if you're into steaks. Oasis cafe also serves good food.
Never eaten at the Ox, but it doesn't have the views that the other restuarants have.
