Emptied weekly is what makes the difference. Mine is fortnightly.

I agree. In the UK our rubbish was collected fortnightly and it caused so many environmental problems - flies, rats, foxes etc that the local council had to revert to weekly.

Here in Adelaide we don't have many problems with our bin becoming infested. However the Council are threatening to change to fortnightly collections. Can you imagine that in 40 degree heat.

Well we don't get 40c very often but 30's are not uncommon, so yeah, I know exactly how that will be.

i used to use similar in uk and would definatly use it here if owned the property
