Thanks Molly :)

Nervous about breaking our lease but didn't want to miss this :)

Gonna reduce the drive to work from an hour down to 15 mins, and is on the edge of the Barossa :)

I know what you mean you're not just breaking a lease but your comfort zone too. Try not to worry too much. It will probably be one of the best moves you will make. It looks fab.
That'll make such a big difference having that 3/4 of an hour spare. Nice buy. Enjoy it. You deserve it.

Looks great! So nice to take on a mature garden too, takes the hard years out of it and makes it so enjoyable! (Says she with serious 1 yr old garden brain and money drain occurring!)

Thanks OE :)

There is a very large water tank in the garden and fixed watering system which is obviously working as it was a pretty dry winter. I'll just have to make sure it stays that way

Gawler is a lovely place to live. Large country town.

We used to take the train to the city,as it was cheaper than running the car and paying for parking.

Enjoy

May have spoke too soon :(

Heard that they may be a problem with the LMI so got to wait until next week to see if we're all good (hopefully if nothing else goes wrong). Feeling gutted :(

There may be copious amounts of alcohol in my not to distant future :(

So sorry, OS - it's awful when you think you've found the one. But, there's probably a much better one waiting for you at the next open house :)
