Nervous about breaking our lease but didn't want to miss this :) Gonna reduce the drive to work from an hour down to 15 mins, and is on the edge of the Barossa :) |

Try not to worry too much. It will probably be one of the best moves you will make. It looks fab. That'll make such a big difference having that 3/4 of an hour spare. Nice buy. Enjoy it. You deserve it. |

Re: Biggest Xmas Present
Looks great! So nice to take on a mature garden too, takes the hard years out of it and makes it so enjoyable! (Says she with serious 1 yr old garden brain and money drain occurring!)

Re: Biggest Xmas Present
Nice one, love how green it is, I wouldn't have expected that in Gawler.

Gardening isn't really my think so hopefully maintaining it wont be too bad - or I guess I can pay someone  |

There is a very large water tank in the garden and fixed watering system which is obviously working as it was a pretty dry winter. I'll just have to make sure it stays that way  |

House is Gawler East on the way to Lyndoch :) We used to take the train to the city,as it was cheaper than running the car and paying for parking. Enjoy SWMBO63 |
Re: Biggest Xmas Present
May have spoke too soon :(
Heard that they may be a problem with the LMI so got to wait until next week to see if we're all good (hopefully if nothing else goes wrong). Feeling gutted :( There may be copious amounts of alcohol in my not to distant future :( |

Big win! So sorry, OS - it's awful when you think you've found the one. But, there's probably a much better one waiting for you at the next open house :) |
