Gonna reduce the drive to work from an hour down to 15 mins, and is on the edge of the Barossa

I know what you mean you're not just breaking a lease but your comfort zone too. Try not to worry too much. It will probably be one of the best moves you will make. It looks fab.
That'll make such a big difference having that 3/4 of an hour spare. Nice buy. Enjoy it. You deserve it.
