I'll have to weigh in tomorrow - sounds like a crap excuse, but my scales need new batteries. I think it will be bad news due to huge alcohol consumption twice this week and had to eat lots today to cure my slight hangover....

Not been on for a while due to having guests in the house, a half built swimming pool and 2 bloody defiant dogs that wont do as I tell them and are pining for their dad!!!!!!!!! BUT did lose 2 kilos this week.......whoaaaaa.....bring it on. Now weigh 71.5 kilos. Still bloody fat, but not as fat as i was!!!

In spite of my bloody awful week.. (the beer glasses making KFC look edible)... I have still lost 2lb.... that is 0.91 kg so I now weigh 11 stone... thats 69.85kg

Used my X trainer x5 and did beginners yogalates x3.
Feel much better this week, have more energy and not as sluggish

Mind you I have been quite ill over the past 4 days so that has probably helped!!!

Managed to weigh this AM - and 86.5. So, even after a bad few days, I'm still losing. My first target is 85 - when I hit that I get to buy myself new gym gear
