May i join your thread, trying hard to lose weight but lacking a bit of motivation. I'm a big lass at 6ft, but weigh 15st 1lb, have lost 8lb so far after a bit of a lull..... just weighed myself . Got meds on 15th may, wouldnt mind getting another 8lb off. My BMI is 29!!!!!!!!!! Too much and want to get to pre 4 kids BMI of 22 but would be happy with 25

Just had a brillianrt thought... we ought to get one of the airlines to sponsor our weightloss... they could offer us the difference between what we did weigh and what we weigh when we fly as FREE excess bagage

I'm unable to weigh in this week. I'm on vacation so not near my own scales. Judging from what I have been eating, I should (hopefully) manage to lose again before I weight in next Wednesday.

just been weighed and lost 3 lbs this week. I'm really pleased because I've been struggling. Am inspired to try harder now.

gave up for a bit after the accident and thought sod it got to have some pleasure.

I havent been back on to post my weight for a bit because ........... yet again i havent actually lost any
mind you i havent put any on either which is an improvement on the last couple of months.
I am definitely going to have to try harder this week - especially as it was my grandma's birthday today and we went out for a lovely afternoon tea (with clotted cream scones and sticky pastries )
