I do need to fit in more exercise though. Perhaps I should have a go on Saturday

Well we won!!! whoo hoo - 55 - 5
so had a massive after match session
i had a lush 'pitcher cocktail' of multiple orgasm - baileys, vodka, malibu, tia maria, choc milkshake and double cream
i dont want to know the calories!!!
and had to have mega subway breki this am to get through today..

back on the wagon tomorrow - and back to training - thankfully....

Hi everyone
Can I join in? I am going for my first weigh in for a long time(since last sept) tmrw and I am looking forward to it.
I will post my weight after I have been.
Did 10 mile bike ride yesterday and my rearend is very delicate today but I felt so good afterwards.
Lots of sugar free jelly in the fridge for when i want something sweet as i find it helps me keep off the chocolate.

BTW that cocktail is one of my favs along with a dirty bannana, yummy.

well last week I put on a pound and this week I lost half so:

lost this week (0.5lb) total since BE wiegh in (-0.5 ) total loss (20.5lb)

I did have 2 indian takeaways last week which didnt help.
I'm going to try harder this week and I'm going to try and get to the gym

My weigh in didnt go quite to plan

ive put on 4lbs - must have been the baileys
last weeks weight loss wasnt normal though, i was so ill on thurs night/fri am,

(i didnt eat much on thurs and didnt take on hardly any fluids during training - and boy did the coach work us hard - that night i woke up and i felt drunk - couldnt focus - room was spinning etc - the fri am i felt like i had awful hangover - but hadnt touched a drop - any one training/exercising make sure you take on fluids!!! after match on sunday i had bad shakes which was down to sugar loss - but it was a mega hot day to be running around in).

im back to being good, will be weighing in on wed.

I've hit a plateau. Same again this weekend as last. Guess I better get up and move a bit more this week.

Think I might not bother weighing in this week I had several pints... don't know how many, lost count but I developed problems with increased gravity. I ate a KFC so that must mean 6/7 pints at least.. not looking forward to sunday

I started off the week really good and by Weds AM had lost exactly 0 kilos Since then I have had a boozy night with the girls and having another girls night out tonight I think I'll have to do a lot of dancing to burn off any extra booze calories!
