Is anyone else still watching this? Not as good as other series but am hooked again regardless!
I would love for Joey to win, he's just too adorable, what a lovely bloke he's turned into. I think Phil might beat him to the final 4 though - and speaking of Phil I can't help but think he's lost too much weight, he looks gaunt!! Nice guy though.

Totally agree with you - I cant stand Dayna - makes me cringe every time I look at her!! Shes so far up her own ass its not real

I prefer Wayne to Shannon although Shannon has got much better in the past couple of weeks. I agree, Daina is awful!!!!!

Oh I love Shannon - would love to see him or Joey win - such a great new start in life for them at such a young age.

Can't stand Dania. She seems sly and manipulative.
I would like to see Phil get to be one of the final four (Phil, Lisa, Shannon, Wayne). Don't mind which of those wins the comp - Lisa will cry anyway.

Shannon was training in the Fitness First on Bond Street this Monday lunchtime..... he was a couple of machines away from me on the cross trainer. I guess he was in town to record this Sundays final.
He was shorter than I expected, he looked in amazing shape, fantastic achievement... I think he has done an great job, hope he wins.... although I think Phil will come out on top.
