I think it would be nice if, at the start of the next series, they went back and did a 10-15 minute segment on the top 4 to see where they are now, how they have managed to keep the weight off and the training up.

It's the only one I watch too, I know they edit it to show what they want, but they can't fake the weight loss and the training.
I think it would be nice if, at the start of the next series, they went back and did a 10-15 minute segment on the top 4 to see where they are now, how they have managed to keep the weight off and the training up.
