Not tried 09 either, but may get it because I want the piano and guitar lessons that come with garageband 09.

I own premiere pro as well, but since I got the mac, I harly ever turn on my PC.
I'm running '09 - it's a great update to be honest - the precision editing tool is a very welcome addition and the themes you can apply to movies are amazing.
